Our partner, a leading international player in engineering and consulting services, is looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen its commercial growth in Belgium.

This role is strongly focused on business development in the Aerospace & Defense sector: creating new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and establishing long-term client partnerships.


Mission

  • Organize and drive commercial and prospecting activities to achieve sales objectives.
  • At a senior level: responsible for opening new accounts and expanding existing ones by selling profitable solutions within the agreed scope.
  • Implement and execute a structured lead generation program to feed the sales pipeline with qualified prospects.
  • Operate with a start-up mindset – entrepreneurial, agile, and hands-on – while benefiting from the resources, structure and stability of a global group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new clients, with a focus on the Aerospace & Defense sector.
  • Promote both Time & Materials services and turnkey project solutions.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers and technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Contribute to revenue, margin and account development targets.
  • Represent the company as a reliable and trusted commercial partner in the market.

Scope & Impact

  • Direct contribution to revenue growth and diversification of the client portfolio.
  • High level of autonomy in organizing and prioritizing business activities.
  • Key role in driving the development of the Aerospace & Defense sector in Belgium.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in consulting, engineering or IT services.
  • Alternative profile: recruiter or talent acquisition professional with proven commercial drive.
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an asset).
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by business development.
  • Strong integrity and commitment to client success.
